i know i,m way to late thou , early nineties , late arvo mid week outside centre peak d-bah 6ft , scramblin just to make it onto the peak hit the inside cut everyone paddling to drop in off a big bottom turn and a classic deep fully pitted d-bah barrel late arvo with just enough light to see , scramble up the goat track back to the pad about 1/2 hr later a mate comes in drippin wet as i,m describing my first serious pit to everyone , who are havin doubts ,and the first thing he says is awesome barrel turns out he was paddlin back out as i was pullin in , gotta love it
