John John Florence Pulls Out Of The Reef Hawaiian Pro

John John Florence has pulled out of the Reef Hawaiian Pro due to a hamstring injury he suffered last week. Florence suffered a grade two strain and it was recommended by his doctor he sit out the event at Haleiwa. Though it puts a dent in his campaign to win back-to-back Vans Triple Crown titles he will be good to go in time for the Pipe Masters. After placing runner up to Kelly Slater at last year’s event you can rest assure he will come out like a wild animal and be a serious threat in his backyard.
